First travel of the year, Aussie, Gold Coast!
Travelled with Chubs together with his family. This is my first overseas trip with his family. A free and easy tour for us and we rented a car from Gold Coast to drive around so everywhere we went was kind accessible.
Bye Bye lovely homeland!
Scooting off to Gold Coast!
Pinafore from HollyHoque
Our midnight supper.
Flying towards the sunrise.
Say hi to the beautiful ocean!
Hello Gold Coast!
Touched down at Gold Coast at SG 7am which is Aussie 9am and the timing is 2 hours difference. First thing we did after immigration clearance was to collect our car.
the company where we rented the car.
KIA.
I would say the car is big and spacious enough to accommodate everyone with our luggage. Even after our luggage was loaded to the car we still have much space for ourself. The entire car is just so comfy and cosy. Too bad, this series doesn't launch in SG otherwise i would ask Chubs to consider getting this in the future! haha.
First meal of the day at Hungry Jacks!
Very near to the airport.
Hungry Jacks alike Burger King in Singapore.
I wish one day Singapore will have this wrap! Super yummy!
drove pass this random place at Bilinga.
A very nice place to take pictures!
super love this candid snap!
Mickey say is good! Hehe
One of the must go visit attractions in Gold Coast, Byron Bay Lighthouse.
The place is so beautiful isn't it?!
Just nice we saw the newly wed holding their wedding ceremony there!
The wedding setup.
One of their supermarket at Tweed City. Unfortunately, the entire mall was closed as their working hour is from 9am - 5pm daily. We were late :(
I love shopping at their supermarket because most of the stuff there we don't have the chance to see in Singapore. Apparently the items there is not really expensive too.
My favourite supermarket there!
The supermarket is really big! they sell EVERYTHING!
The fresh banana!
Mini Yakult bottle.
One night stay at Pepper Salt & Spa Resorts.
The room is kinda small but good enough because we have a good view of it! hehe
Dinner at Red Rooster!
Love their tender chicken meat! :D
Noms noms ~
So that's how we spend our first day in Gold Coast! Everybody was so shagged and tired that day as none of us have good rest on the plane.
Stay tuned for my second day spend in Gold Coast! :)
