Finally am back for a proper post! If you have followed me on my social media (Instagram & Dayre), you will be able to see my most recent updates. Had my minimoon with Hubs at BKK for the past 4 days. My virgin trip to BKK with Hubs all alone. Previously when i was there, it was with his siblings. This time round we really shop till we drop! hahaha.
So during this trip we visited MBK, Chatuchat, Asiatique, Palladium, Platunam Mall, Chinatown and Terminal 21. Weather there was really humid and i literally spend more on drinks than on food. Is a short trip but i think is good enough that we managed to cover the "must visit place" in BKK. I believe there are still more to visit, hopefully i will be able to visit them in near future! (:

I always enjoy the feeling when the plane took off from the land. I don't know how to describe the feeling but the feeling is great! haha!
Always love the food served by SQ! their breakfast set.
We stayed at Mode Sathorn Hotel. Very accessible to BTS as its just located opposite us. About 5 mins walk to BTS.
Our room for first night. Hubs booked the reservation through online and we were told that the room (deluxe)we wanted was fully occupied on the day itself. I was kind of unhappy because everything was booked through online and we only got to know this will happen on the day itself. Then what's the point for making an advanced booking right? However, they compensate us with a 2 night stay in the executive room for the next 2 days. So is like a give and take situation now.
Had our meal at A&W. Regretted order that fish waffle sandwich. Not to my liking at all :x

I was so excited when i see this shopping bag! This cost SGD2 only! great for shopping and grocery shopping. I think it would also be great for short gateaway. the materials of this bag is kinda firm so no need to worry that the bag will torn half way when putting heavy stuff in it.

Head off to Chinatown to have our dinner.
The most ever cheap sharkfin in town! this is the bomb. If i am not wrong, this cost about SGD16 only? Many fins and crab meat can be found in it!

went to check in to our executive room the next morning. Much more spacious and i love the room more than the previous one. haha! I think is worth the pissed i had during the first day upon checking in :x
MBK was our first destination for day 1.
I remembered i tried this before when i was here previously. And now am back for this again! This time round in pandan flavour. yummy!

Next, we headed off to Terminal 21. Apparently, we did not buy anything from here. But we explore all the themes toilet in this mall. Quite amused by their design!

Grass Jelly. Very nice! Initially we bought one and share. End up Hubs went to get another cup because this is way too nice. especially the grass jelly, shiok!
Tom yum Maggie. The spicy-ness level is way too high.
oh ya! i bought this at MBK. Fake one of course but this one look very real right! I think this is one of my best buy. HAHA
before we kick start our day 3, headed to Paul's fashion to collect Hubs' tailor make top. Super cheap and out of 7 shop, this shop has the most customer. Till the extent we need to wait outside the shop before we are being served.

Chatuchak. I find this place so so only. The weather is the spoiler of the day. Too humid to shop around. So we left this place within 2 hours or less.

the first shop we entered! upon reaching, this is the first place that i was searching. yes, BKK original is their brand. Sister's friend intro me and definitely, is a good buy from here. So you buy 10 bags and get 1 free, buy 15 bags get 2 bags free. I bought 10 bags though!

Freaking cheap. total bill, SGD29 for both! We also ordered the roasted dark and crispy pork.
